Study shows importance of vitamins to consumers

In a global study from Ipsos Marketing, consumers ranked vitamins as the most important benefit from food and drinks, followed by protein, minerals, fiber, omega-3 and antioxidants. "Recent scientific breakthroughs about the potential of vitamins to prevent and alleviate serious health conditions will open doors to innovation for food and beverage companies," said an Ipsos executive.
