Educator spotlights flipped learning in co-taught class

In this blog post, teacher Elizabeth Stein describes her first flipped lesson in a co-taught science class. Stein and her partner gave their students two days to complete an online lesson on moon phases and then asked students to apply this knowledge during a lab assignment in class. "We also noticed that during the lab that day, the students came to class with a much deeper background knowledge base," Stein wrote.
