Two ethanol plants due for Texas Panhandle

Two ethanol-production plants are planned for the Texas Panhandle region, one of them using cattle manure and cotton gin waste to power the facility. The plants are scheduled to be operational by late 2006, with each producing about 100 million gallons of ethanol per year.
