California wildfire leads to evacuations

About 2,000 homes are threatened by a 196-acre wildfire near Santa Barbara, Calif., with 1,200 homes already evacuated as firefighters work to put out the blaze. Officials say strong winds could make the fire difficult to extinguish. Firefighters say that while they haven't been able to contain the flames, no buildings have been lost to date.
