E-Trade, Teleflora and iVillage are among the marketers tapping Facebook, Twitter and other social-media sites for their Mother's Day promotions and special offers. "Social marketers who keep it real will do best," said social-media expert Allen Mireles. "Social networking is fabulous, but for communication on Mother's Day, nothing replaces a phone call -- or showing up in person."
