Report: 9 in 10 top Super Bowl creatives were white men

More than 90% of lead creatives for this year's Super Bowl spots were white men, 7% were white women and one was Latino, according to a report from The Madison Avenue Project, which seeks to boost diversity at ad agencies. The study also singled out spots that allegedly reinforce stereotypes.
