Staples makes Twitter relationships look easy

Staples, which got serious about Twitter last Black Friday when it used the microblogging site to answer questions about an online coupon code that wasn't working, now has 32,200 followers and 20 Twitter representatives. The company is experimenting with Twitter-based promotions, some of which require re-tweets, and using the responses to gather marketing information.
