The nation's most frequent fliers -- airline pilots and flight attendants -- have strong opinions about how to pack. Some are die-hard proponents of rolling clothes rather than folding them, and one advises never bringing more than three pairs of shoes. Flight attendant and travel blogger Heather Poole even showed The New York Times how to get 40 garments into one carry-on bag.
