Paul Lowe took up flying in his 30s, but now, at 86, he is grounded in a Tennessee assisted-living facility. That is, he was grounded until a staff member gave him a chance to fly again. Lowe, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, took flight again thanks to a pilot who volunteered his time to give Lowe a ride. "It was great. Just like old times," said Lowe.
