Study finds more than 70% engagement in cross-channel shopping

More than 70% of consumers are engaged in cross-channel shopping, according to Deloitte. That increase to sales comes despite a gap in mobile selling performance between certain sectors. Deloitte also found that some retailers have advanced the art of personalizing communication with consumers.
