Buffett discusses departure from Berkshire

Warren Buffett, 82, gave the most detailed explanation yet of how Berkshire Hathaway will run after he leaves the company. He said there's no reason to be concerned about naming his son, Howard, who has little experience in investment, to be a nonexecutive chairman. "He'll only have to think about whether the board ... needs to change the CEO," the elder Buffett said.
