Mobile seen as major contributor to surge in Mideast ad spending

Digital will account for 10% of total ad spending in the Middle East by 2015, in part because of a projected 35% annual growth in mobile, according to a Deloitte study. Deloitte says the estimates are conservative given the region's rapid pace of digital adoption.
