Snap'N'Dose app helps dispense liquid fever reducers

Computer techies and a pediatrician in Canada teamed up to create the Snap'N'Dose application that helps parents give their children under 6 years old the proper dose of over-the-counter liquid fever reducers. Caretakers simply snap a picture of the product identification number, and the app consults a database to prescribe a precise dose based on the child's weight and age.
