Digital programming brands tout successes at NewFronts

Hulu, Crackle and AOL used the NewFronts stage to showcase their heavy investments in original digital programming in a bid to attract TV-level ad spending to their sites. Hulu announced the renewal of six programs, including "Deadbeat" and "The Awesomes," while AOL said it will renew "#CandidlyNicole," "Hardwired" and others. Yahoo also announced plans to get into long-form original programming this year.
