Elder-care facility flushes water system after outbreak of Legionnaires' disease

Health officials said low water temperatures caused an outbreak of Legionnaires' disease that has sickened four people since November at a Florida senior-care facility. The facility has flushed its water system with 170-degree water to kill the bacteria behind the illness.
