Mozilla proposes new way to "reclassify" broadband

Mozilla has filed a proposal with the Federal Communications Commission that seeks to address the Net neutrality debate. The browser developer says content providers' relationships with broadband providers should be recognized and classified as a Title II service under the Communications Act. The FCC has said it does not foresee using reclassification as a way to address Net neutrality issues.
