Report: Female partners make lower hourly rates

The National Association of Women Lawyers has said that women are underrepresented as equity partners at the largest law firms, and Sky Analytics recently reported that female partners' hourly rates are about 10% less than those of their male counterparts. "To the extent women partners are not advancing into the highest levels of firms, then their billing rates will reflect that situation," lawyer Stephanie Scharf said.
