Survey: Students, teachers, administrators weigh in on testing

The number of teachers and administrators who believe "just the right amount" of time is being spent on preparing students for and having them take assessments has increased over the past two years, according to a recent survey of teachers, administrators and students. Among teachers, 38% said that "just the right amount" of time was spent on testing, compared with 28% in 2011, and 48% of administrators concurred, up from 29% in 2011.
