Pooh plaintiffs cry foul

Attorneys for Stephen Slesinger Inc., the plaintiffs in the case over royalties for Winnie the Pooh, say Superior Court Judge Charles W. McCoy Jr. should have recused himself from the case, and the case should be reopened. The plaintiffs say McCoy was biased as he had praised the Mouse House in a 2002 book. Disney's attorney says the motion is "groundless."
