Best salespeople can turn out to be worst managers

It's uncommon that good salespeople make good sales managers, as many who rise to become managers become frustrated that the other salespeople may not be as hard-driving as they were. The very personality traits that make a good salesperson can in fact be big obstacles when it comes to managing others.
