Kent Swig embattled by Manhattan condo market's downturn

Investor and condo developer Kent Swig, the grandson of San Francisco real estate magnate Benjamin Swig, faces a multitude of problems with his Manhattan projects, as the city's condo market slips into free fall. He has run into financial difficulties with four New York properties, in much the way the condo sector nationwide has been hit, as it delivers thousands of new units to a market from which demand has disappeared.
