Treasuries may stabilize this year

A key long-term Treasury total return index is down 10.2% this year, but some top bond-fund managers expect a recovery in long-term Treasuries. The poor-performing asset class is down 10.2% this year after rising in 2008 as investors sought safety. Managers think returns will stay between 2.75% and 3.25%.
