House panel approves snake-sales bill in Louisiana

The House Natural Resources Committee passed a bill Wednesday that would set limitations on the sale and housing of dangerous snakes in the state. The measure would require any person who sells, trades or propagates non-native snakes or constrictors to obtain a license and to provide the reptiles with secure housing.
