Law-school grads struggle to land jobs

The demand for young lawyers is drying up, leaving many of this year's 40,000 or so law-school graduates unable to find permanent placements. Only about two-thirds of summer interns received job offers last year, down from the usual rate of about 90%. "This is the worst job market I've ever seen," says one law-school career adviser.
