Marsha Lemos faced a tough challenge after deciding to open her own organic bakery: She lacked business experience and the capital necessary to get going. To address these problems, she took an entrepreneurship course and found seed funding. Despite a few hiccups along the way, her business has been generally successful since launching in 2007.
