Lenovo aims for an aggressive push into mobile

Lenovo says it will spend about $800 million on a Chinese facility that will house thousands of employees to help the PC-maker transition from its core business into the mobile industry. The unit will focus on developing mobile devices and could net the firm $1.59 billion in revenues by 2014. The company says the sales and development base will be open for business by October 2013.
