UN: No "conclusive findings" on chemical weapons in Syria

The United Nations commission investigating Syrian war crimes says it "has not reached conclusive findings as to the use of chemical weapons in Syria by any parties to the conflict" despite a member claiming evidence to the contrary. Separately, the chemical signs of such an attack are fading, making it more difficult to trace, writes Colum Lynch.
