NBCU signs deal to cover Olympics through 2032

NBCUniversal, under a $7.75 billion deal, will air six Olympic Games from 2022 to 2032. The multiplatform extension of its current Olympic deal covers TV, desktop, mobile and any other devices that are developed in the interim. "This is a unique property," Brian Roberts, chairman of NBCU parent Comcast, said during a conference call. "The Games are a very important piece of media real estate."
