Though satisfaction with their current mobile-phone service and long-term contracts with providers have most consumers skeptical about the need to bundle their mobile-phone service with their cable, Internet and home phone service, a recent study suggests those looking for call-forwarding capabilities or to avoid charges for calls between their mobile and home phones are most likely to go for the quad play.
