SEC's Campos addresses corporate governance

SEC member Roel Campos told a group of business executives this week in Philadelphia that he felt Sarbanes-Oxley compliance would become less of a hassle and more affordable as companies cleaned up past accounting problems. Campos also said the business climate was trending toward giving shareholders more say in company operations.
