Some customer-focused companies are inviting consumers to post both negative and positive feedback on their corporate Web sites. "Having an open forum site is a company saying, 'We're really into listening to our customers,'" Jeff Catlin, CEO of Lexalytics, said. "I think it's better for the brand in the long run."
