Bernanke sees problems in financing commercial real estate

The federal government needs to develop an exit strategy after injecting $2 trillion into the financial system, according to Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke. Bernanke added that weakness in commercial real estate poses an immediate threat to the economic recovery. "Financing commercial real estate is a problem now," he said.
