Several large banks prepared to repay TARP

After the disclosure of the government's stress-test results, several large banks, including JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, said they are poised to repay the funds they received through the Troubled Asset Relief Program. Goldman said it is "highly confident that we will soon repay the government's investment from the TARP's Capital Purchase Program."
