Trial delayed in bribery case after co-defendants reach plea deals

A trial involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act was tentatively delayed after two of the defendants reached plea deals. The case, which had been scheduled to go to trial June 5, involves Control Components, a supplier of valves to the energy sector. In 2009, defendants were indicted on charges of paying several million dollars' worth of bribes.
