It's time to change your behavior if you ignore voice mail messages, fail to express gratitude or are consistently late for meetings, writes Michael Hess. "Life makes it hard to keep a perfect schedule -- I get that -- but it's not impossible to be on time if you decide that's important to you," writes Hess. Other rude behaviors include failing to follow up with job applicants and disrespecting companies that are based in other countries, he writes.
