Applicants, employers point fingers in the hiring process

Small-business owners report they're often frustrated with the low numbers of people who apply for jobs or show up for interviews. Part of the problem may be that applicants are responding to employers that don't acknowledge applications and that place unreasonable demands on candidates during the hiring process, experts say.
