Colo. case could lead to employment protections for marijuana users

The Colorado Supreme Court will hear a case involving a quadriplegic worker who was fired by Dish Network after he failed a drug test for marijuana. A ruling in the worker's favor could help others argue that employees who use marijuana should benefit from employment protections, lawyer Vance Knapp says.
