TSA randomly chooses air travelers for screening at PreCheck lanes

The Transportation Security Administration uses a randomizing application to select air passengers who are not enrolled in the PreCheck program for screening in the faster security lanes. The random assignment of the perk is part of a "managed inclusion" program the agency rolled out last year.
