Todd Stitzer, a self-described adrenalin junkie and the American-born CEO of Cadbury Schweppes, says he's up to the task of integrating Adams gum, a 2002 acquisition, with brands Trident gum, Cadbury chocolate, Dr Pepper and Schweppes soft drinks. Innovative, low-cost growth strategies included a 10% reduction in the company's 55,000-person workforce.
