Verizon: Google's open-network claims unfounded

Verizon Wireless said in an FCC filing that Google's claims related to open-network rules the agency outlined after the carrier's successful bid for wireless spectrum in the recent FCC auction were unfounded. Verizon called Google's action self-serving, with "no legal basis," saying that "of course" the company would abide by the rules.
