Arizona to ask Supreme Court to reverse ruling on immigration law

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer said the state will appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court to nullify a lower court's blocking of the enforcement provision of the state's immigration law. The 9th Circuit Court panel declared that the state's law was unconstitutional and that only the federal government has the right to act on immigration. However, the state argued that the federal government has failed to implement such regulations.
