Calif. district considers broadcasting board meetings

Officials in a California school district say they will consider whether to broadcast board of education meetings online or on television. Under the plan, the district could partner with an outside agency to assist with the broadcasts -- which could cost between $5,000 and $10,000 annually. Other options include partnering with a volunteer organization to broadcast meetings.
