Miami Zoo's orangutans are becoming more skilled with iPads

Orangutans at the Miami Zoo's Jungle Island first used iPads last summer and have become more proficient with the devices over the past year, easily tapping the screen to identify items keepers ask about. Eventually, the keepers hope to use the technology to allow the orangutans to pick their own meals and even communicate with orangutans at other zoos through videoconferencing.
