N.C. county to review bond requirement for subdivision developers

The planning board in North Carolina's Macon County is set to review the county's subdivision ordinance. One of the board's tasks is to review the language related to surety bonding. Developers are currently required to post a monetary bond before they can sell lots in uncompleted subdivisions.
