Bluetooth-enabled pulse oximeter launched by Nonin

Nonin recently unveiled the Nonin 3230 Bluetooth Smart-enabled pulse oximeter, the first to use wireless, low-energy Bluetooth 4 or Bluetooth LE technology. The device could be linked to mobile applications and connected hubs. Nonin hopes to receive FDA 510(k) clearance for the device by September.
