Regulators need to define capital rules, Curry says

Banking regulators are "fine-tuning" Basel III rules over the next two months and need to decide whether they will raise capital requirements further, Comptroller of the Currency Thomas Curry says. "We need to get things done. ... People need to know what the rules are," he said. "If there's issues with the final rules, then we have processes for dealing with that; that's why we have the Congress and the courts."
