Study: Fast-food nutrition shows little improvement

Researchers who analyzed menus from eight fast-food chains found little improvement in nutritional value over a 14-year period, according to a study in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine. The study found fast-food nutrition scores did not change for fruits, vegetables, whole grains and oils, but did improve for meats and saturated fats. Scores for dairy and sodium declined.
