Survey: Major banks dominate FX market

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and three other major currency-dealing banks have a combined foreign exchange market share of 60.6%, up from 57.4% in 2013, according to a Euromoney poll. Citi has emerged as the world's largest currency trader, dethroning Deutsche Bank, which had dominated for nine years.
