Interest rate hike may be imminent

After reports of strong job growth in April and signs that inflation is stabilizing, economists are now predicting the Federal Reserve Bank will raise interest rates as early as June. Fed officials, who have recently referred to interest rate hikes as inevitable, said at a policy meeting last week that increases will be "measured."
