Two allergen-free soy lines identified by U.S. scientists

U.S. researchers screened more than 16,000 soybean lines and isolated two lines that can grow naturally without a protein linked to soy allergies in children and adults. Scientists said the lines will be given to breeders to produce allergy-free soybeans.
